To cancel your subscription, log in to your Kabrita Account by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen:
1. Choose how you'd like to sign in.
If you are signing in using Shop: Enter the email you used at checkout associated with your Kabrita account, you will receive a 6 digit login code by either email or text
2. If you are signing in by email: Enter the email you used at checkout associated with your Kabrita account, you will receive a 6 digit login code by email
3. Once you are logged in:
- Click on Subscriptions , then click on your Active Subscriptions
- Select the active subscription you wish you to cancel, and select Cancel this subscription.
- Follow the instructions and provide a reason for cancellation. Click Next and then Confirm cancellation on the next screen.You will then receive confirmation that your subscription was cancelled.
